The story so farThe Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 23 May 2012 by Vince Cable (Liberal Democrat). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act, receiving Royal Assent on 25 April 2013.
