The story so farThe Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Bill was introduced in the House of Lords on 5 November 2012 by Lord Wallace of Tankerness (Liberal Democrat). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Act, receiving Royal Assent on 25 April 2013.
