The story so farThe Inheritance and Trustees’ Powers Bill was introduced in the House of Lords on 30 July 2013 by Lord McNally (Liberal Democrat). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Inheritance and Trustees’ Powers Act, receiving Royal Assent on 14 May 2014.
