The story so farThe Criminal Justice and Courts Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 5 February 2014 by Chris Grayling (Conservative). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, receiving Royal Assent on 12 February 2015.
