The story so farThe House of Lords (Expulsion and Suspension) Bill was introduced in the House of Lords on 5 June 2014 by Baroness Hayman (Crossbench). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the House of Lords (Expulsion and Suspension) Act 2015, receiving Royal Assent on 26 March 2015.
