The story so farThe Psychoactive Substances Bill was introduced in the House of Lords on 28 May 2015 by Lord Bates (Conservative). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, receiving Royal Assent on 28 January 2016.
