The story so farThe National Insurance Contributions (Rate Ceilings) Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 14 July 2015 by Mr George Osborne (Conservative). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the National Insurance Contributions (Rate Ceilings) Act 2015, receiving Royal Assent on 17 December 2015.
