The story so farThe Organ Donation (Deemed Consent) Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 19 July 2017 by Mr Geoffrey Robinson (Labour). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Organ Donation (Deemed Consent) Act 2019, receiving Royal Assent on 15 March 2019.
