The story so farThe Forensic Science Regulator Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 5 February 2020 by Darren Jones (Labour). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Forensic Science Regulator Act 2021, receiving Royal Assent on 29 April 2021.
