The story so farThe Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 15 June 2022 by Stuart C McDonald (Scottish National Party). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023, receiving Royal Assent on 24 May 2023.
