The story so farThe Protection from Sex-based Harassment in Public Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 15 June 2022 by Greg Clark (Conservative). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Protection from Sex-based Harassment in Public Act 2023, receiving Royal Assent on 18 September 2023.
