The story so farThe Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 15 June 2022 by Wera Hobhouse (Liberal Democrat). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, receiving Royal Assent on 26 October 2023.
