The story so farThe Lifelong Learning (Higher Education Fee Limits) Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 1 February 2023 by Gillian Keegan (Conservative). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Lifelong Learning (Higher Education Fee Limits) Act 2023, receiving Royal Assent on 18 September 2023.
