Paternity Leave (Bereavement) Act 2024

The story so farThe Paternity Leave (Bereavement) Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 6 December 2023 by Chris Elmore (Labour). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Paternity Leave (Bereavement) Act 2024, receiving Royal Assent on 24 May 2024.
