The story so farThe Property (Digital Assets etc) Bill was introduced in the House of Lords on 11 September 2024 by Lord Ponsonby of Shulbrede (Labour). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Property (Digital Assets etc) Act 2025, receiving Royal Assent on 2 December 2025.
