The story so farThe Licensing Hours Extensions Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 16 October 2024 by Andrew Ranger (Labour). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Licensing Hours Extensions Act 2026, receiving Royal Assent on 12 February 2026.
