The story so farThe Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 17 December 2024 by Bridget Phillipson (Labour). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026, receiving Royal Assent on 29 April 2026.
