The story so farThe Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 1 July 2009 by Ms Angela C. Smith (Labour). It is now at second reading in the House of Commons. What the bill does

This Bill would amend the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and extend the offence of having a dog dangerously out of control to cover private property as well as public places.
