The story so farThe Trusts (Capital and Income) Bill was introduced in the House of Lords on 29 February 2012 by Lord McNally (Liberal Democrat). It completed its passage through Parliament and became law as the Trusts (Capital and Income) Act 2013, receiving Royal Assent on 31 January 2013.
