Leave out from 'time' to end and add, 'taken by voting in the Lobbies in person; and urges that no changes are made because the time taken up is usefully employed by honourable Members being able to talk to Ministers for some precious minutes who cannot escape and so useful and frank exchanges can help to improve policy and obtain relief for constituents' complaints.'.
