The motion
That this House congratulates ICI on winning the Royal Academy of Engineering MacRobert Award, Britain's most prestigious award for outstanding innovation in engineering, which has been presented to ICI for their development of production technology for CFC replacement KLEA 134a, an ozone benign refrigerant which is safe, energy efficient and cost effective; further congratulates ICI on their constructive response to worldwide concern over ozone depletion; and commends ICI's significant contribution to phasing out the use of CFCs.
