Honourable Member for Cardiff Central

That this House admires the work which the honourable Member for Cardiff Central has done for the people of Wales as Parliamentary Secretary at the Welsh Office; notes the readiness with which he apologised for an injudicious comment during Welsh Questions on 30th April; and deplores any attempt to make party political capital out of the tragedy which has afflicted the flood victims in North Wales.
