The motion
leave out from `year' to end and add 'notes that an increasing proportion of that profit comes from winning contracts abroad; welcomes the recent announcement of a rebate of ú6.50 for all customers; and notes that 55 per cent of all customers are now paying less for their water than they did last year.'.
