Scottish Local Elections and the Hon Member for Cunninghame North

That this House condemns the honourable Member for Cunninghame North for his article in the Glasgow Herald on 9th May alleging that the Conservative vote in the Barrhead regional seat fell in last week's election; notes that the Conservative vote increased by 9 per cent and as a percentage of all votes cast; notes that the Labour vote fell; and calls on the Glasgow Herald to sack the honourable Member for gross incompetence.
