The motion

Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that the honourable Member for Ceredigion and Pembroke North and the honourable Member for Wiltshire North were sent a letter dated 22nd November 1988 by the honourable Member for Kettering, the then Parliamentary Under Secretary at the Ministry of Defence giving details of a proposal to construct transmitters and receivers in St David's and Cricklade as part of an over the horizon radar installation and that both honourable Members were invited to contact the Ministry if they wished to have a briefing and that the honourable Member for Wiltshire North subsequently did so; accepts the apologies of the Ministry of Defence that they informed the wrong honourable Member for the area; and congratulates the honourable Member for Pembroke on the vigorous action he has taken to inform and consult his constituents since he became aware of the proposal.'.
