The motion
That this House welcomes the visit of the non-party delegation on 9th December to discuss with the Israeli authorities the conditions under which Mordechai Vanunu is currently detained; considers that detention in solitary confinement of a prisoner for many years is unhuman; and calls upon the Israeli Government to reconsider the conditions of his detention.
