ROAD TRAFFIC REDUCTION BILL

The motion
leave out from `traffic' to end and add `are not being met by adequate road building programmes which are the arteries of economic growth and urges the Government to examine innovative ideas in other countries including two tier roads in the USA and the use of redundant railway line for road routes and alternative ways of funding through private investment.'.
