The motion
leave out from `House' to end and add `notes that the key to a higher education for young people in Wales is aquiring A-levels; notes that child benefit for children who stay on at school for a further two years to study for A-levels is worth over ú1,000; and condemns Labour Party plans to axe child benefit which could lead to many more children having to leave school at 16 years.'.
