SCOTCH WHISKY INDUSTRY

The motion

leave out from 'notes' to end and add 'that 70 people die every day in the United Kingdom of alcohol-related disease, and is not convinced that Parliamentary encouragement should be given to the consumption of whisky manufactured by the Scottish whisky industry or any recreational drug, legal or illegal.'.
