VOLUNTEERS' WEEK

That this House congratulates the Women's Royal Voluntary Service, the largest practical provider of care within the community, with 140,000 members and over 3,000 projects in urban and rural areas, for inviting honourable Members of this House to volunteer for an hour in a WRVS project during volunteers' Week in June; and recognises the importance of the time given and work carried out by the 23 million active volunteers in the United Kingdom.
