HEALTH SERVICE IN NORTHERN IRELAND

That this House notes with grave concern the crisis facing the Health Service in Northern Ireland; condemns without reservation the recent announcement by the Northern Ireland Minister for Health and Social Services of a three per cent. reduction in the budget of all health boards and health and social services trusts in Northern Ireland; and calls on the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland to immediately withdraw the three per cent. reduction.
