CONDUCT OF THE HON MEMBER FOR MONTGOMERY AND MR AL FAYED

That this House notes that on 2nd April 1990, Official Report, column 887, the honourable Member for Montgomery described Mr Mohammed Al Fayed as a perjurer, in line with the Department of Trade and Industry inspectors' conclusions that Mr Fayed had repeatedly lied to them and was a witness on whose word it would be unsafe to rely unless his evidence was confirmed by some dependable independent source.
