EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION IN THE LICENSING TRADE

That this House deplores the threat to jobs in the licensing trade which is currently posed by the importation of cheap beers from Europe and by high duties onwines, spirits and beers; and urges Her Majesty's Government to take immediate action to protect those whose livelihood depends on the licensing industry in the United Kingdom.
