GLASGOW COUNCILLORS' VISITS

That this House notes that the civil war within the Labour Party has led to the Glasgow City Group Labour leader claiming that Labour councillors' votes were traded for trips at public expense; and calls upon the Government to request the Audit Commission and the Nolan Committee to conduct an inquiry into the allegations.
