That this House notes the inconvenience caused to passengers by the cancellation of services by South West Trains; calls for the firmest possible action by the Franchise Director for the company's breaches of its franchise agreement; notes that the Minister of State, the honourable Member for Slough, has described the company as inept; but also notes that it is privatisation which has led to an inept company being paid to run rail services.
