The motion

That this House welcomes the recent re-statement of a truth known for millennia, that men and women are different; celebrates those differences, in personality and in brain structure producing for example generally superior language skills for women and the comparative strengths of men in spatial percention; regrets the attempts of those who seek to blur the differences as damaging to women in the long-term; reaffirms the vital importance of the traditional family in socialising young males in particular; and has no problem in describing women as the gentler sex.
