The motion
leave out from 'House' to end and add 'congratulates the Evening Standard on bringing some humour to the grey environs of Uxbridge Road ,W12, and is confident that its magazine's review of 25th October, combined with this proposed motion, will ensure far more publicity and trade for Flanagan's bar than could ever have been achieved by other means'.
