ROUGH SLEEPERS' INITIATIVE

The motion

That this House is dismayed at the delay in completing research to enable a rough sleepers' initiative to be set up in Scotland this winter when, according to Shelter estimates, between 500 and 1,000 people are sleeping rough on any one night in Scotland; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to make an immediate commitment in principle to match the action already taken in England.
