PROPOSED MID-WEEK LOTTERY

That this House is concerned that the proposed mid-week lottery draw is designed to exploit the millions of people who use the same numbers every weekend; who will feel compelled to enter the mid-week draw using those same numbers; and urges the Secretary of State for National Heritage to ensure that Camelot uses the numbers 51 - 99 for the mid-week draw.
