ACTIVITIES OF VICTOR MAX PEMBERTON IN SPAIN

That this House deplores the activities of Mr Victor Max Pemberton, Cl. Almunecar, Edif. Alcazabar I Bajo, 29780 Nerja, Malaga, Spain a British national who presents himself as a financial and legal adviser on the Costa del Sol for failing totally to represent and act upon his clients instructions thereby causing them financial loss; calls upon the following organizations to disassociate themselves from him, namely; the Institute of Financial Accountants, the Offshore Institute, the Association of Financial Advisers, the European Independent Financial Advisers Network and the Institute of Management; and urges Her Majesty's Government to warn expatriates from having any dealings with him.
