ABDUCTION OF BOUGOSSA TWINS TO TUNISIA

The motion
That this House expresses its concern at the abduction to Tunisia in the autumn of 1996 of the British-born twins Nathan and Adam Bougossa by their father Rhaha Bougossa and offers its support to the twins' mother, Mrs Pamela Hamilton of Caerphilly, on the occasion of her mission to Tunisia to seek their safe and speedy return to their home in the United Kingdom; urges the Foreign Office to give full assistance to Mrs Hamilton in her mission; and calls on the Tunisian authorities likewise to offer all reasonable assistance in reuniting the children with their mother and arranging for their return to their home in Wales.
