That this House welcomes the announcement by the President of the Board of Trade in respect of British Aerospace's Launch Aid application for Airbus A340-500/600, once again demonstrating the Government's commitment to the United Kingdom manufacturing sector and its confidence in British Aerospace, its skilled workforce and its future role in the world market.
