That this House congratulates the New Homes Marketing Board on the success of the Green Leaf Award Scheme, whereby award-winning housebuilders are commended for their efforts in ensuring that housing development has a positive impact through the use of high-quality environmental design and landscaping; and particularly congratulates Grange Builders, the developer of the scheme at Fanhams Grange, Ware, Hertfordshire.
