Conduct of the Honourable Member for Blackburn

That this House regrets the intemperate personal attack in the House on 30th January by the honourable Member for Blackburn on Mr Michael Ashcroft, whose company has generously offered to fund a city technology college in Wandsworth; and congratulates Mr Ashcroft and Wandsworth Conservative Council on their plans to provide for the children of Wandsworth an educational opportunity which was denied them by the Labour controlled Inner London Education Authority when a previous sponsor offered to fund a city technology college in the area.
