That this House congratulates Wayne McCullough of Belfast, John Irwin of Yorkshire, Charlie Kane of Scotland, and Richard Woodhall of Telford in their sportsmanship and success in becoming Commonwealth Boxing Champions at Flyweight, Featherweight, Lightweight and Middleweight, respectively in the 1990 Commonwealth Games.
