BOLTON METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL, INWARD AND HITACHI

That this House congratulates Bolton Metropolitan Council, its local partners and INWARD, in persuading electronics giant Hitachi to invest ú8 billion in Bolton West at Middlebrook, creating more than 100 jobs in its European centre for production of engine control systems to make car exhaust emissions more environmentally friendly.
