KERB CRAWLING

That this House welcomes the Government's intention to make kerb crawling an arrestable offence; further welcomes the Government's review of the law on sexual offences and its commitment to protect the vulnerable from the abuse and exploitation associated with prostitution; and urges the Government to introduce legislation making kerb crawling an arrestable offence within the lifetime of this Parliament.
