The motion
That this House notes reports in the Daily Express that the Conservative Party received money from a company owned by the Yugoslav state; further notes that the previous Conservative Government followed a policy of appeasement of that Yugoslav regime, regarding the war criminal Milosevic as a useful ally in the region; further notes that the Conservative Party fielded as a parliamentary candidate in Halesowen and Rowley Regis a Mr John Kennedy, a noted defender of Serb policy; and demands that the Conservative Party pay any monies received from Serbian sources to appropriate authorities engaged in refugee relief during the current Balkans crisis.
