Conduct of the Right Hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton (No. 2)

That this House notes that daily newspapers are supplied in various parts of the House for the use of honourable Members and that these newspapers are stamped 'not to be taken away'; further notes that the Right honourable Member for Manchester, Gorton removes such newspapers from the smoking room daily; and calls for appropriate action to be taken.
