KERB CRAWLING

That this House welcomes the Government's intention to make kerb crawling an arrestable offence; further welcomes its commitment to protect the vulnerable from abuse and exploitation associated with prostitution; and urges the Government to publish the consultation paper produced by the working party reviewing sex offences legislation, and to bring forward legislation making kerb crawling an arrestable offence within the lifetime of this Parliament.
